Established in 2006 the group now has a multi million pound property portfolio ranging from residential apartments and houses, serviced offices and business centres, hotel and leisure properties, strategic high street property investments.

The group has an ambitious investment plan into new sectors of the next 3- 6 years including additional hotel and leisure developments, Air and shipping as well as specialised finance and recruitment services both in the UK and across the rest of Europe and South Asia.

Plans are currently on-going to launch a kind of airline- the group are looking to introduce luxury to cut-price flights by create its own luxury ­budget ­Cubic Air.

The intention is to make it both a short and long-haul ­carrier but instead of cramped cabins and crisps he is going to bring in some luxury on a budget. A source close to the 30-year-old Leeds businessman said: "He's in talks over a fleet of planes but the plans are very much under way. Long-haul flights will ­offer head and body ­massages and there will be an a la carte menu on all routes. The business plan is there to make things as cheap as possible but also luxurious. He hopes to have the airline running in 2014."

In addition to air travel similar plans are again underway to launch a range of affordable luxurious Yachts - available at a range of locations across the world for both short and long charters.
